For now I'm just going to list the origin of my Knuffel's names.

Momo - means peach in Japanese - because she looks peachy
Paploo - Star Wars character (Ewok) - because he looked Ewokish
Tasuki - from Fushigi Yuugi - because he uses a fire attack and has orange hair
Midori Umi - means green & ocean in Japanese - because he's a green water type
Casval - from Gundam (Char Aznable/Casval Rem Deikun/Quattro Bajeena) - because he looks like Char but young
Coraline - from the movie Coraline - because she reminded me of her
Lucrezia - from Gundam Wing (Lucrezia Noin) - because her name can mean dark or to succeed
Jelly Bean - the candy - because she looked rounded and shiny like a jelly bean
Murasaki - means purple in Japanese - because he's purple
Recca - combo name from Flame of Recca and Rekka Shinen a fire attack
Rekka - combo name from Flame of Recca and Rekka Shinen a fire attack
Daichi - means earth in Japanese - because he's earth type
Ed - named after Edward Wong Hau Pepelu Tivrusky IV (Cowboy Bebop) - reminded me of Ed at first glance
Kigoi - named after a yellow colored Koi - she has koi features
Marie - my middle name - just like the name
Chichiri - named after Chichiri from Fushigi Yuugi - he reminded me of his image song Mizu Kagami (water mirror)
Orion - named after Greek mythology - the star reminded me of a constellation.
Hanako - means flower child in Japanese - she is floral looking
Lapis - from Lapis Lazuli - it's a bright blue stone
Pomegranate - fruit deep red in color - red head and pom is associated with a myth about Hades
Shizuka - means quiet in Japanese - she is muted looking
Hikki - nickname for Hikaru meaning light - she is light type
Juhi - Japanese for bark - he reminded me of tree bark
Nightshade - deadly plant - He looks leafy and is darkness type
Mizu - Japanese for water - water type
Mariko - Japanese girl's name - she's cute
Crash de Bingo - named after a Digimon image song - was listen to it when I bought him lol
Naisho - Japanese for privacy - He's hiding something :mcwink:
Telluria - derived from Tellurian - meaning of Earth
Elfin - small and sprightly - he's playful
Sepia - the hue resembling aging in photos - she looks like an aging photo
Aura - Titan goddess of the breeze - air type
Florian - male name meaning Flower - he's Earth type
Mariana - named after the Mariana Trench - water type
Pele - Hawaiian goddess of fire, volcanoes, lightning and dance - fire type
Pandia - Greek goddess personification of brightness - light type
Orpheus - name from Greek mythology meaning darkness - dark type
Aoyama - Japanese for blue mountain - he's blue
Eyvindr - Old Norse name meaning island wind - air type
Demeter - Greek goddess of harvest and fertility - earth type
Edwin - means "rich friend" he seems the type :mclaugh:
Hesta - Greek goddess of the hearth
Chani - character in the novel Dune
Helios - the Sun in Greek mythology
Foxy - Reminds me of the color of a stuffed fox I had named Foxy
Kit - short for kitsune - Japanese for fox
Hyacinth - blue-purple flower
Bubblegum - she looks bubbly like gum
Taffy - type of candy - Bubblegum's twin sister
Christmas - named in celebration of the holiday
Ebon - means black in color or made of Ebony
Jet - means a deep black or type of coal
Finn - a type of dinghy
Sherbet - a frozen fruit flavored mixture
Sorbet - water ice made from fruit juice
Datura - genus for Nightshade
Flare - burn with an unsteady flame
Valentina - named in celebration of the holiday
Dorian - named after Dorian Gray
Sora - Japanese for sky
Grevil - named after Grévil de Blois from Gosick
Anemone - the bright blue reminded me of the sea animal
Fel - named after demons from WoW
Teal - named after the color
Prometheus - Greek god who gave fire to humans
Lah - music note couldn't think of a name lol
Eos - goddess of dawn
Namira - Elder Scrolls daedric god of darkness and decay
Sublime - based on definition: tending to inspire awe
Hotaru - Japanese for firefly
Faerie - named after faerie fire
Lelouch - named after Lelouch Lamperouge
Pansy - named after a flower
Rigel - named after a blue-white star in Orion
